After successfully redesigning the RWC Brisbane office fit-out, Crest was tasked with designing and constructing RWC’s new Sydney office. The vision was to create a sleek, functional space incorporating a nod to their brand identity seamlessly integrated throughout.

Located in the heart of Surry Hills, the office space serves as a multifunctional hub for clients, investors, and interstate colleagues. It caters to the daily needs of the on-ground team while remaining adaptable for additional staff or guests. The workspace promotes collaboration and efficiency and reflects the organisation’s brand identity, resulting in a vibrant workspace that fosters business growth, strong relationships, and alignment with its global counterparts.

The centralised one-floor office strategically divides into zones to optimise functionality and space usage, including a central reception/kitchen area, boardroom, open-plan workstations, hot desking collaboration space, and a smaller meeting room. The kitchen island, a focal point for informal gatherings, complemented by a display area strategically showcasing RWC’s brand range during client visits.

RWC’s brand identity seamlessly integrates into the office design, with the kitchen stone benchtop featuring varying shades of blue and timber elements in a deeper yellow, complementing the base building timber, all in line with RWC’s branding guidelines and palette. Acoustic panelling in the meeting rooms reflects RWC’s distinctive two-tone logo elements.

Curved design elements subtly echo the “C” shape of the logo, establishing a cohesive visual theme, while graphic films throughout the space layer RWC’s branding, enhancing the aesthetic impact with bursts of colour.

The whole Crest team were impressive. Everyone we dealt with at Crest was attentive to detail, very responsive, and really understood what we wanted to achieve.
