As Questas Group rapidly grew, its existing space no longer supported its expanding team or future objectives. Crest was engaged to design and build a modern office that would unify the business, accommodate growth, and reflect its collaborative culture.

The vision was to create a sense of community by bringing all team members together on one floor, creating a unified environment that encourages connection across all brands.

The design was centred around facilitating interactions across teams and business units and deliberately creating opportunities for spontaneous exchanges that spark conversation and connection with functionality, flexibility, and future-proofing at the brief’s core.

The space includes a range of adaptable areas to support different work styles, from open-plan collaborative zones to private offices and quiet rooms. Team neighbourhoods are strategically zoned to meet confidentiality needs and balance openness with privacy.

Key features such as nine executive offices and floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood the office with natural light, previously absent from their existing space, enhancing the overall environment and team well-being.

The large training room, with its flexible seating and an operable wall, can be extended to accommodate company-wide gatherings or client events. Multiple quiet rooms and meeting spaces cater to the diverse work styles of the staff. The spacious open-plan kitchen and outdoor balcony create inviting spaces for social events and casual communication, promoting cross-divisional interactions and strengthening company culture.

By bringing all employees onto one floor, the space has unified the business while remaining adaptable to Questas Group’s evolving needs.
