Total redesign & refurbishment of a Food Quality Assessment Laboratory was to bring it up to the company’s global standard. The objective was to increase the capacity of the testing in the laboratory & introduce lean workflow. Crest design team worked closely with the client to achieve these outcomes as well as incorporating a new fume cabinet, dangerous goods storage, a cool room, freezer, sensory booths & a completely new air conditioning system to upgrade the air quality. This project was designed & executed in a very tight time frame leading up to Christmas.
