Marketing Manager
About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, self-starter and team player, who enjoys all aspects of marketing. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for our business and supporting our long-term marketing strategy.

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field
- Strong graphic design and document layout capability, with the ability to create polished, brand-aligned proposals, presentations and marketing collateral
- Broad marketing skills and knowledge across brand, campaigns, content, events, sales and business development
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience with people and project photography
- Experience in events management
- Experience in a professional services firm or B2B marketing
- High proficiency in Adobe Indesign, with working knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Work well under pressure and tight timeframes
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills

- Our Bella Vista studio has onsite parking available and is within 750m of Metro and Bus terminal
- Creating content to showcase our completed projects, including project photography, website case studies and video testimonials.
- Managing our proposal process, including coordinating inputs, managing timelines, writing and refining content, formatting documents and preparing final submissions.
- Maintaining and evolving proposal, presentation and submission templates to improve efficiency, consistency and quality across the business.
- Managing the awards calendar and developing submissions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to create bespoke content that aligns with our pipeline and live opportunities.
- Creating client centric presentations, capability statements and reports that are graphically compelling and consistent with our brand.
- Organising thought leadership events in close collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Developing content for all social media channels to drive growth and engagement with our target audience.
- Creating a pipeline of relevant thought leadership content including website articles, readers, infographics and whitepapers.
- Executing a variety of campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new leads and convert current leads in the pipeline.
- Partnering with external agencies to support our SEO strategy and ongoing website development.
- Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and areas for improvement by working in close collaboration with all disciplines.
- Providing graphic design and document support to other project teams as required.
